It's hard to beat the sheer relaxation of soaking in a natural hotspring like Miette. Heated by geothermal warmth, the Miette Hotsprings flow from their source at temperatures as hot as 53.9 degrees Celsius. The water is collected, cooled, chlorinated and filtered before being pumped into the aquacourt. When you're not soaking in the mineral pool, check out the old aquacourt, with its red peaked roof and magnificent arches. A path leads up to the source of the hotspring and makes a great day hike, featuring spectacular views and boulders in which fossils are visible.
